Immigration and Nationality Law Review [UPDATE: August 7, 2010]

The University of Cincinnati College of Law's "Immigration and Nationality Law Review" (INLR), an internationally recognized annual law journal published by William S. Hein & Co., Inc. of New York, will reprint M. Anderson Berry, Whether Foreigner or Alien: A New Look at the Original Language of the Alien Tort Statute, 27 Berkeley Journal of Int'l Law 316 (2009) sometime this year.
